Terry Sanders, President of Ariel, started the agency devoted to insurance placement in 1990 with over ten years Human Resources, Personnel and Management experience in the private sector. Terry joined forces in 1997 with Gorman Insurance Personnel Consultants, Inc. and together have developed numerous professional friendships and relationships based on loyalty, integrity and effectiveness. Their unique understanding of the brokerage business and the people who work within it, has led to unmatched success in the recruiting and placement of insurance brokerage personnel.
