This is how the referral bonus program works:
A $500.00 to $1,000 referral bonus is paid to the individual for each candidate they refer who is successfully placed and completes the guarantee job probation period and agreement terms.
There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make or the number of bonuses you can earn!
A referral bonus is paid after the referred hire has worked and completed the guarantee and probation period.
Referral Bonus schedule
- Placed salaries between $40,000 and $80,000 Bonus $500
- Placed salaries between $80,000 and $100,000 Bonus $750
- Placed salaries above $100,000 Bonus $1,000
Referrals for candidates are active up to six months from the date of each submission.
